BEGINNER DRIVER TRAINING COURSE REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

o Seating is limited – please reserve a seat in class
lessons.

o Walk-Ins are limited to number of available seating on
first come-first serve basis.

o
FORMS
must be read, completed and signed prior to any student starting course.
·
IF
you did not get the forms – please arrive at least 25 minutes before class
start to get forms (read, complete and sign)
o
Please
provide us with a mailing or email address
·
These
registration forms will be mailed or emailed approx. 7 to 10 days prior to
course start date.
·
IF
you register in less than 10 days before course – we will mail forms up
to 3 business days prior to class start date
·
IF
you register in less than 3 business days – provide an email address or
plan to arrive 25 minutes before class start

PAYMENTS
:
o
MINIMUM
$130 to start classroom lesson – balance due before first driving lesson
o
PAYABLE
BEFORE FIRST CLASS LESSON – location training facilities doors are open
25 minutes prior each class lesson – arrive at least 15 minutes before
first class starts to return forms and payment.
o
PAY
BY: CASH / CHECK / MONEY ORDER prior to lessons.

– please have exact amount of payment – we do not have cash to make
change.
